They'll never catch me red-handed! Sorry, couldn't resist.
For some light snacks, there was a table set up with various fruits, cheeses, pretzels, chips, veggies and hummus. Later, came the featured appetizers of the day. I'll admit, I'm not used to getting "fancy" appetizers, but Ruth's Chris definitely spoiled Jennifer and I with these plates! We tried a cucumber and seared ahi tuna bite with a bit of pepper salsa and Guinness beer sauce on top, a beef slider, and a small bowl of berries and fresh cream. Everything was phenomenal and our taste buds were happy.
I can't thank the lovely ladies from Junque 2 Jewels enough for allowing me to attend this event! Please check out their website I had linked above for more information about their business.
